Jazz is the person you picture when you imagine an artist– seated quietly in the corner, watching with her observant artist’s eye while she sketches her latest creation. Born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee art was in her blood from a young age. She began drawing in the third grade, and while she went on to major in Studio Arts and explore many mediums– sculpting, photography and graphic design– drawing has always been her first love. Inspired by the people and places that surround her and her deep-seated love for music, Jazz has constantly been creating pieces for her own use and various freelance jobs since 2012. Wanting to further her artistic abilities, she moved to Seattle in 2016 where she gained a love for digital arts and continues to pursue a career in digital design.
